I have reading Katie Wood Rays' book, Writer's Workshop, Working Through the Hard Parts, (and They're all Hard Parts.
I love reading Katie, it is a professional text, but it is like having a conversation with her. She brings in so many personal touches and immense amounts of information, too. I am learning a lot and enjoying it.
